SMETS offers a flexible return policy allowing you to return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached. We aim to ensure your luxury shopping experience is seamless from purchase to potential return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SMETS account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the SMETS shipping box to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
